Via Zoom only, our presentation will provide an overview of DEI in the United States and in the League of Women Voters. We will look at the value and benefits of DEI to organizations, the criticisms of DEI programs, and possible solutions. We will consider ideas such as “diversity fatigue” and the growth of a “DEI industry.” Finally, we will provide thought provoking questions for a lively discussion.
