Public approval of the Supreme Court has dropped from 53% to 24% in the last eight years, due to factors ranging from violation of internal ethics rules to overturning decades and, in some cases, centuries of precedent. Given the power of the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of law, should we be advocating for proposed reforms such as term limits and increasing the number of justices?
