The Central Minnesota Chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) along with the League of Women Voters, St. Cloud Area (LWVSCA), will co-host a public forum. The event will feature guest speaker J. Drake Hamilton, Managing Director of Science Policy at Fresh Energy and an expert in climate and energy at the state and national levels.
