LWV St. Cloud Area was a founding member of the grassroots group, Natural Parks & Trails Coalition (NPTC), and League members have been active participants in the coalition through the intervening years. Attendees will learn how NPTC has had an extensive impact for nearly three decades on preserving our region’s natural heritage through park land acquisition and trail development. NPTC members Ellen Heneghan and Brenda Graves will join LWVSCA member Charlotte Stephens in presenting this program.
