Constitutional lawyer Brenna Erdman will dispel political spin regarding what the Constitution actually says about government power and policies. Brenna Erdmann is a Senior Associate General Counsel at Optum, where she advises on healthcare transactions, legal issues, and strategic initiatives. She brings broad in-house experience across M&A and corporate governance and previously served as General Counsel at Halestreet Investments.

Brenna earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and has spent her career advising on complex healthcare, transactional, and governance matters. Her longstanding interest in constitutional law and democratic institutions informs her community involvement and advocacy on issues including civic engagement, social justice, human rights, and the rule of law. She has experience teaching United States Government to high schoolers through the Marshall Brennan Program, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Organizations Law at Mitchell Hamline College of Law
