The City of Rochester continues to break records in the amount of development that comes to our community, exceeding $1 billion in building revenue in 2025. Community Development staff will provide an overview of recent development projects around the community for you to be in the know of what’s coming and considerations of opportunities of impacts during construction. This can also be an opportunity to share resources to be aware of what development is in the pipeline.
